An exceptional floriform vase of impressive scale, at thirteen inches tall and five inches across, this is a large and commanding example of the form.

The cup opens dramatically with a deeply ruffled, undulating rim that creates a sense of movement and life. The coloring is extraordinary: warm amber and orange tones dominate the upper portion of the cup, transitioning into deep green pulled leaf forms that climb from the base of the bowl. The leaves are bold and sculptural, rendered in a rich emerald green that contrasts beautifully against the warm amber and soft opalescent tones between them. Hints of pink and lavender iridescence play across the surface where the colors meet, adding depth and complexity.

The stem is a strong, twisted green — thicker and more muscular than many floriform examples, with a pronounced organic twist that gives the piece a dynamic, spiraling energy. It rises from a broad, circular foot finished in warm gold iridescence with subtle pink and violet highlights visible across its surface.

The proportions of this piece are particularly successful. The wide, deeply ruffled cup balanced atop the twisted stem creates a bold silhouette that reads as both elegant and powerful. This is not a delicate flower, it is a flower in full, exuberant bloom.

The floriform was first developed at the Corona glasshouse by Tom Manderson, the first master blower to work under Tiffany. The "W" prefix in the production number dates this piece to 1928.
